How was it? I saw the preview where Johnny was saying 'too far, too far'. I also noticed that he was going grey. I guess I would be too if I did all those stunts.

It's a jackass movie. Good for a laugh and some gagging. In that part where he was saying too far he was getting his prostate massaged.

Better than having your prostate perforated.

The last movie I saw on the big screen was Juno. It was really great. It was smart, funny, sarcastic. You will definitely laugh ;D
The last movie I saw on cable was Little Miss Sunshine. I liked it, but it was one of those cases where someone had hyped it up so much, saying it was SO funny that I was a little let down.

Hi Sarah!! Yay! you are here and posting. I really want to see Juno. It has received alot of hype and it looks really quirky and funny. Isn't the lead actress Canadian? I agree about Little Miss Sunshine. I thought that the Grampa made the movie (in a perverted old man way). I am also a Steve Carell fan (The Office Wahoooo)so that helped. Something about a disfunctional family makes me giggle, mybe it reminds me of my own, I don't know.

Oh well,,,I'll get there I am just having a hell of the time posting about movies & fetishes. Also with all the talk at the other place about "the horse" video my curiosity got the better of me so I searched but I couldn't find a link that worked. Probably better I suppose, although I already had supper so I wouldn't ruin my appetite! Juno was great, see it if you can. Ellen Page who plays Juno is from Canada I believe. The dialog was hysterical. Juno (the character) is so sarcastic, I love it. The grandfather totally made Little Miss Sunshine! I was cracking up even before Olive started her talent portion of the pageant, just knowing that the grandfather had taught her "the moves" you knew it was going to be interesting to say the least!

I haven't seen either of those movies. Unless there's lots of sex, blood and guts, I probably will never get around to watching them. I'm just kidding.............................okay maybe I'm not.

Any good recommendations with lots of sex? ;D Just kidding, kinda sorta Anyway,,,you are going to hate me for this....I can't handle blood & guts flicks! I was emotionally scarred as a child, here's my story.... God, I couldn't even tell you how old I was. My guess would be no older than 8 or 9. I have 2 older brothers, one is 7 yrs older & the other is 2 yrs older. So if I was 8 my oldest bro was 15 so my parents would let him watch us when they went out. Well my oldest bro had rented the first Friday the 13th movie & the 3 of us watched it. Now if that wasn't bad enough at 8 or 9, my bro who is 2 yrs older is named Jason, and guess what? He had a hockey mask. About 20 mins after the movie was over & I was still scared out of my mind, Jason went to his room, put on his mask, grabbed the biggest knife in the kitchen & chased me around the dining room table until my oldest bro finally stopped him. I haven't been able to watch bloody movies ever since. I can handle movies that are simply freaky, you know hauntings and such. But blood & gore I just can not take.

That's it kick her out! ;D just kidding. Wow I can't believe that you don't like scary movies! Or is it that you just don't like gory movies? What brought you to the Amityville board? We'll have to start you out on some tamer horror flicks and then work your way up. You'll be a horror movie champ in no time!

I can't remember exactly what the last movie I saw was but it was either
A. Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
2. The Simpsons (at the Drive-In, I don't think we stayed for the second movie)
3. Pirates of the Carribean 3 (also at the drive-in and I know we didn't stay for the second movie, Wild Hogs, cuz Pirates didn't end until like after midnight and Wild Hogs wouldn't have ended until like 2:30 and we weren't keep a 10 and a 12 year-old out that late).

I like the ones on hauntings & stuff. I saw & loved Amityville & Poltergeist as a kid. I like the Sixth Sense, The Ring, The Messengers, Stir of Echos.... You know I should probably give some of them a chance though. I just always think I am going to hate them so I never even watch them. I think I am going to be going to see Cloverfield when it comes out. Although I don't think that is going to be gory. A friend told me about the Amityville board. He doesn't post but he loves all things paranormal. He knows I find it all fascinating so he told me to check it out. I have been out of work for the past 9 weeks recovering from a spine surgery so I have had a blast really checking this & the Amityville board out.

Some good advice for you all......
don't ever watch Dragon Wars. J made me sit through it and it was so horrible. My eyes are still bleeding a little bit and we watched it on the weekend.

I hope that you are recouperating nicely. Youch - surgery on your spine. That must take awile to heal. Is your job physical? I just read on another thread that you have to go back to work next week. You'll have to come and see us still okay? I am the same as you really when it comes to gory type films I have watched them all but there have been some that I was tempted to turn off half way through and some that have made me feel really ill (like WolfCreek or Hostel or Texas Chainsaw Massacre. I prefer all the spooky type films much more.
