It's Gwen. And that's how I always said it but my family pronounces it Gwin. No big deal really.

I hold my breath when I am in pain or think there might be pain. I have passed out at the dentist, getting my eyebrows waxed and when I got my tattoo because I forget to breathe. LOL  |

depends if they are taking blood or not. If it's just a shot for something I am ok but if they are taking my blood, they have to do it while I am lying down or else I'll crash to the floor.
It's not that I am afraid, I just don't breathe. ;D
Thank goodness I was knocked out cold when I had my kid. Before they decided to do the emergency c-section my mom had to hold an oxygen mask to my face and tell me to breathe. LOL

LOL - ironically I am a real sucky with getting my blood taken too! I have been known to pass out. In school whenever we'd get immunized I would pass out but since having Kiki I am better with shots. Funny thing though I tried EVERYTIME to talk the nurses from taking my blood everymorning while I was in the hospital. Once again we are eerily alike.
Were you awake for your IV before your emergency c-section? those suck.

No I was out cold before any of that. All they gave me some laughing gas stuff and I was stoned after that. I didn't even get to push when her heartbeat started slowing down. I heard them say emerg C-section and the next thing I knew I was in a different room and this man with the bluest eyes in the world put a mask on me and told me to count down from 10 with him. I think I got to 9.
I am really bad with meds. I get stoned off of Advil.
