My Mother in law gave me a stack of reader's Digest, so I have been reading those inbetween my books. Hahahaahaha. The only Readers Digest I've ever read are the ones at the doctors office that are 10+years old.

Ya I know, I'm under age 60 - should I really be reading them? Truthfully they are good to read when the kids are playing because they have short stories that I can get through without being interrupted. It's the only Canadian publication that I read (besides the newspaper).

Steve and Me. It's all about the Crocodile Hunter. Don't laugh at me!! It's actually pretty interesting so far.

Ya know, I saw that book at the library and thought that it might be a good read. Kris would like it especially. Let me know if it's worth checking it out.

I'm almost done it and I've been entertained throughout the whole thing. I'm quite surprised at how much I'm enjoying it. I bought it because I know the hubby would love it. I used that as my excuse.

It's written by the Croc hunter's wife right? Is she really as nice and sickly sweet as she makes herself out to be?
I just finished Courtney Love's book. Psycho. I think she had something to do with Kurt's death.

It's written by the Croc hunter's wife right? Is she really as nice and sickly sweet as she makes herself out to be? Yep, it's written by her. She does seem really nice in the book but it's not over the top. The last chapter made me bawl. He didn't even die in that chapter, he died the one before. I think I was PMSing or something because I found it so sad. The hubby has always been a big fan of Steve and I thought he was entertaining to watch, this book made me like him just a little bit more. That would be a good one. I loved Hole when I was younger and they first came out. (now, not so much!) I was trying to be the angry teenager but it didn't work out very well. ;D Does the book make you think she had a hand in Kurt's death or have you always thought that? I just got an email saying that the Scott Peterson book "33 Reasons Why I Think My Brother Is Guilty" (or whatever it is called) is waiting for me to pick it up at the library. Once I read that, I'll have to reread all my other Scott/Laci books and get into that case again. I'm waiting on Sharon Tate and The Manson Murders to come along my way too.

Actually the book was written by a Courtney Love fan so it was a positive look on Courtney Love. What got me thinking that she was responsible was a deocumentary made about the whole thing a few years back and this website; www.justiceforkurt.com/

Just finished reading Train Wreck, The Life and Death of Anna Nicole. Bored me to tears! LOL. Guess I'll avoid that book. Why in the world did you finish it if it was boring? I finished it because I'm weird like that. I can't read half a book and just leave it unless it's extremely bad. I might miss some golden nugget of information or something. ;D I kinda skimmed through alot of the pages. I found it just badly written. It jumped around ALOT and the writer didn't know whether to call her Anna or her real name Vickie. She would switch the name around in one sentence, it would be like "Anna didn't love her billionaire husband...Vickie loved to spend his money" It made no sense and it wasn't one of those alter ego things either. I think that turned me off of it.
