I just started The Heroin Diaries by Nikki Sixx the bass player of Motley Crue. My friends bought it for me for my birthday & I swore I would finish the Charles Shultz bio I have been working on first but no such luck. I am like a little kid, whenever I get something new I need to get into it right away ;D
Anyway so far it is really good. Man, the life styles these rock stars lived... it is AMAZING any of them have lived to tell the horror stories.

Ghost Stories of British Columbia. Too bad none of the stories are super close to me.

Oh that Grizzly guy is a moron......I feel sorry for his girlfriend who bought into his nonesense.
The Nikki Sixx one sounds good. I read the Motley Crue autobiography last year and I enjoyed it.
I finally finished that damn Slash book (now that I have nothing but time) and I am halfway through 'A Million Little Pieces' - anyone read that one ?

Is that the one with the whole Oprah hoo-haw? 'tis ;D Any good?? Em went swimming with Daddy and Uncle Matt on her birthday and I snuck off to the library so I could actually browse for once. I ended up grabbing The Pickton File which is a book about Mr. Piggy Farmer himself, Robert Pickton. Kiss and Make Up ...Gene Simmons (that one was a spur of the moment grab) and The Skeptics Guide to the Paranormal. I thought that might be interesting to have a look at.

I'm going to give Ghost Story by Peter Straub another go. I haven't gotten around to that one yet.

No, I haven't. I actually forgot I had that! I wonder why the library hasn't called yet to complain.

Oh Yes! The library! I should go there and find some books. I am still on 'Fatal Vision` - I only read a chapter or so a night. I guess that`s the problem with the library - I can`t really take my time reading.

What's Fatal Vision?? I just bought "The Memory Keeper's Daughter" this morning. I forgot where I read about it but it looked interesting. Not normally my type of reading but something kept making me think about it. Here's a link to the book: www.memorykeepersdaughter.com/

Here's a link to the book: www.memorykeepersdaughter.com/Fatal Vision is a true crime book about Doctor Jeffrey MacDonald who was convicted of killing his two young daughters and his pregnant wife in his military quarters in Fort Bragg in 1970. It's quite a famous case. He tried to pin it on Manson type hippies. Here is a link to the story: www.crimelibrary.com/notorious_murders/family/jmacdonald/1.html
