Big deal, right?  According to a few electricians that I work with, the power outages caused by Ike are the worst in recorded history in America. I now know more about generating my own electricity than I ever thought I would. I also know more about surviving in the heat than I ever thought I would. It's still bizarre here. We have lots of traffic lights out, businesses that have closed due to no income for weeks, trees laying everywhere, trash in trees that are still standing...etc. Gotta get back to work but will be back soon and more often, miss you guys! M |

This whole 'working for a living' thing is really cramping my style! I love you guys though! Hey guess what? Swampy gets 2 WEEKS off at Christmas this year. TWO WEEKS! I'm going on a ghost hunt for sure. Also, I'll be here a lot. I need to make a christmas skin for the site, maybe. |
