Ok this is airing over here in the U.K. it's on at 11 till Midnight and then midnight to one, my ritual is snuggling up on the sofa, avec a warm drink, watching it in the dark, on my own and scaring the shit outta myself in the process!!! Resulting in me having to"hot shit it" up the stairs, before some malevolent spirit decides to bite down on my arse cheeks... BUT having reviewed the series listings, I can only recall two that I have heard of before the Connecticut one and also The Wheatsheaf Pub, as it is near me. Have any of you guys heard of any of the others? I wanna read up some more on a few that peaked my interest but cannot find details on them for love nor money. The Haunting series have been on here in Canada for the past few years. It is a ritual for us to watch it on Friday nights (or Saturday morning if we actually go out on a Friday). The one where the kid picks up his 'friend' in the playground and it follows him home is the most frightening one I've seen. I thought I had seen them all, the past few months have been nothing but reruns but I don't think I've watched the pub one that you were talking about. I wonder if it is different programming for your country with famous cases from America and ones closer to home.

I've watched a few but it's always on at the worst times for me. Like when Em's awake or when I'm putting her to bed. The one with the 'friend' in the playground sounds so interesting!!

The one where the kid picks up his 'friend' in the playground and it follows him home is the most frightening one I've seen. Ah, is that the one where the little lad refers to it as "Man" ?? Aye that freaked me, the last few this week have been about demonics....I wanted to read up more on the cases but cannot find reference to them on t'internet...hence my question. BUT have since read that the series is mostly a load of made-up wanky old bollocks anyways!! I'm sure some of them are made up. For instance the 'Devil in Connecticut' one titled 'Where Demons dwell' I believe that they strayed a long way from what really happened to the Glatzel's. Here is part one on You tube. Still waiting to read the book and hear what is happening with that court case against Lorraine Warren..... www.youtube.com/watch?v=0j9rHwqGvho...and yes the one with 'the man' is very scary.
