I've never seen Ghost Hunters before. Are they legit? I just know the basics about the Manson murders and I never knew the area where they were murdered was haunted. The first video, near the end where they have the voices on tape, freaked me out. I hate that stuff.  |

I don't know if they are legit or not. Ghost hunters wasn't available in Canada for the longest time. I've heard good and bad......

I watched them all and YOU my friend have officially scared the crap out of me. I have a hard time listening to EVP. I like to listen to them but I have to be feeling pretty ballsy at the time. |

I only had time to listen to listen to the first part. I'll listen to the other two shortly. Good to hear that they are scary. I have a hard time spooking you.
Anyone else here know whether ghost hunters is a legit show? Carnie? I need some American input!

I think the show and the two guys (Jason and Grant) are legit. They employ basic scientific method and they try to explain all phenomena before simply labeling oddities paranormal. They are real life plumbers and seem to be firmly grounded.
Watch the lighthouse episode if you can find it. That one had me shivering.

Okay that was REALLY fucked up. I was watching part 3 and all of a sudden my computer turned off. My monitor went black but the light was still on but the system shut right off. I had to push the power button to turn it back on. It has never done that before. SPOOKY! Here I go to try and watch it again.......  |

So I watched it, this time without incident. It was pretty good. I would like to see the whole thing. I'll have to see if Canada is airing any epidodes yet.
