I had no idea where to put this topic so I think this will be a nice place for it.
Gravity Hills
"There are supposed to be several places around the country called "gravity hills". These are hills that people found by accident that if you are at the bottom and your car stalls, it will roll up the hill to the top. Or alternately, If you come to a complete stop and put your car in neutral it will do the same. I'm not talking about a big hill but surveyors have gone to these places and found them not to be optical illusions. Others say they are. They did a story about them on "Unsolved Mysteries"."
We have one of these here and it's the coolest thing. It looks like it going uphill but if you put your vehicle in neutral it will roll up. We tried a ball, same thing. One of my guy friends even peed on it. I'll admit, it was pretty cool watching it roll up the hill.
Have you guys ever seen one?

I have heard of this and we have a 'magnetic hill' in southern Ontario but unfortunately I haven't had a chance to visit there and conduct any experiments of my own. I did see reinactments though on Creepy Canada. Looks like fun.
What was the purpose of peeing on the ball though? or was that just for shits and giggles?

LOL oops my bad. He didn't pee on the ball, he peed on the road. I guess I kinda made it sound like he did it on the ball. ;D
It's pretty neat, kinda spooky to see.

apparently it's cheap. You can get a Northface winter parka for $40. Columbia for $25. Since everything is made there, it's all cheap. My friends hubby works for Air Canada so she gets those air passes, we can fly for about $40 round trip. Never wanted to see Asia but I do like shopping.

Nice. We have a friend who works at the airport here. Sometimes he gets us cheaper tickets. That's why the hubby and his friend are back and forth to Texas alot. I went a few years ago, MIGHT go next year.
