What's your favorite book? What's your favorite movie based on one of his books? ;D My favourite book was 'It'. Read that one a few times and just loved how the kids 'boogeyman' turns out to be real. Favourite movie based on a book is The Shining. Jack Nicholson made it for me. How about you? |

I've never read "IT" That was one of the books I found over the weekend. Maybe I should make that one my next book to read.
Pet Semetary and The Shining are my favorite books. As well as my favorite movies. Most definitley The Shining though. 1408, the short story was really good too.

Oh Man! You have to read IT. It's one of those books that makes you see things out of the corner of your eye while you are reading it. The movie or TV movie/mini series what ever it was turned out badly. I felt ripped off.

Maybe I'll start it tonight. I'm not reading anything at the moment. |

Full Dark, No StarsSo for the short stories my favourite was 'big Driver' and I also like 'a good marriage'. All the stories have their own little charm but those two are tops for me. I am anxious to hear what you think of the book. I've read the first two stories so far. 'Big Driver" was good but so so for me. I really like 1922 though. Something about that one had me hooked from beginning to end. Everyone and thing was neglected until I finished it. Mind you, that was only an hour or two but I still ignored everyone. LOL.
