(she sort of looks like you Holls). Is this her? Or or you talking about her? LOL! It's the hair, gotta be the hair. I'm prettier though. ;D Sounds like a good story but it's boring near the end huh? That sucks.

When I took a break from the Sara Brady book I started to read 'Mistaken Identity'. Another story that I saw on Oprah just last week. I remember hearing about this story on the news a few years back and wondered how something like this was possible. This book was much better (maybe alittle too much religion at times) but I read it in a day. Here's the story.... www.mlive.com/news/index.ssf/2008/03/whitney_cerak_says_in_mistaken_1.htmlThat sounds interesting!! I need to start watching Oprah!! I'll have to see if I can find it from the library.

That sucks. The first pic - LOL Would you stop talking to me if I said it was the second pic? The story is good but that Katie girl is batshit crazy and it is discussed over and over again in the second half of the book.

Now I am reading 'White Oleander' by Janet Fitch. Have you read this book? It is really good. Deep and meaningful, and hard to put down.
They made a movie based on this book also called 'White Oleander' and stars Michelle Pfieffer.

I'll look for it in the library next time I'm in. I picked up Sharon Tate and the Manson Murders today. Hopefully I can start it over the holidays. I'm kinda excited about it.

I finished Sharon Tate and the Manson Murders over the holidays. I thought it was really good. Lots of details etc. Then I read Richard Laymon's (thanks again for getting me hooked Swampie ) The Woods Are Dark. The mom in law bought me in hardcover King's "From A Buick 8" which I am pretty sure I have in paperback somewhere but have never read and a book I've never heard of called "The Session" by Judith Kelman. Not too excited about it but will give it a shot because you never know.

I want to read that Manson book. I'll have to search for it at the Library. I just finished reading 'Stolen Innocence' by Elissa Wall. She was a young polygamist girl from Utah who was forced to marry her first cousin at age 14 by Warren Jeffs. It was a pretty good book. The feminist in me was shouting with triumph at the end of the book. There was abit about Bountiful, BC in the book. Are you close to there Holls? Now I am reading the Dexter series. The library didn't have the first book so I am reading Dearly Devoted Dexter. The books will have to keep me occupied until the series comes back on TV. The season finale was just a few weeks ago. The last book I got was Lynne Spears 'Through the Storm'. Should be good.

I just started to read the Lynn Spears book. I didn't realize all of the stars that were part of the Mickey Mouse club when Britney was there; Keri Russell (Felicity) Justin Timberlake, Ryan Gosling, JC Chasez (Nsync) and Christina Aguilara.
Kris' bday is tomorrow and I got him a book called "I hope they serve beer in hell'. It looks like a really funny book. I am just chomping at the bit for him to finish so that I can start it.

No, he's working on his birthday, he'll be in Halifax. We celebrated yesterday. He wanted me to make a lasagna and a marble cake. Plus I got him Toronto Maple Leaf tickets for the spring.
Yesterday we spent the whole afternoon playing Silent Hill and we finished the game - yay. Let me tell you - that version is so confusing. You know how most of the puzzles seem to make sense a few of the ones on origins were just really out there and hard to figure out.

Well tell him your crazy friend says Happy Birthday! He's easy to please...lasagna and cake. Men are good that way. My hubby's birthday is coming up and he wants Chinese Food. That's it.
