Good, good. I was wanting to read it but wanted someone opinion before I started the monster.
I'm reading "For Laci" again. I read the book about the Peterson trail so naturally I have to read that one next.

I just got back into reading and am about 2/3 of the way through THE DOME by Stephen King. It is so good now. I can barely put it down. I plan on putting some time into finishing it this weekend. I highly reccommend it.

Finally finished 'Under the Dome' last week. It got better as it went on which is surprising for a Stephen King book. You can tell he had the idea for this book way back in the 70's because it's as good as one of his classics IMO.
Now I am reading some book about polygamy.........one that my Dad has been bugging me to read since February....

Cool, I'll have to keep an eye out for it! It's a monster huge book though isn't?
I'm not reading anything right now. I need some good ideas for some summer reading.....besides the Stephen King one.

I'm reading Handle With Care by Jodi Piccoult. I had actually started reading it awhile back and kinda quit half way through because I wasn't in the mood to read it. Now I'm really into it. It's about a family with a daughter with Osteogenesis Imperfecta www.oif.org/site/PageServer which is a brittle bone disease. It's actually a really good book if you can get over the hump. It may not even be a hump....I think I wasn't in the right mood to get ito it at the time. When I'm done that I bought Shutter Island. I was told it was better than the movie and it was cheap.

Did you ever read 'My Sister's Keeper' by Jodi Piccoult? I may try to read that book. I have a few pages left in The Road so I need a new book soon. I did see that Tori Spelling has a new book out today. Every year when I go to the cottage I read one of her books so since I am going to the cottage at the end of the month I may have to pick that up too. I had no idea Shutter island was a book!!! If you read it please let me know if it is any good. I wasn't crazy about the movie but I think I was expecting something different.

I did read My Sisters Keeper. It took me a while, it was sitting on my shelf for a few months before I finally picked it up. I don't know why I waited so long. And the ending was sooo much better than the movie ending.
I really liked Shutter Island. It dragged in some places but I enjoyed it. I'll let you know about the book once I start it.
Did Tori Spellings book come out today?? I love reading her books, they are fun! I like watching her reality show too. ;D

I wasn't sure about it at first because what more can she write about? Now she's married with two kids and we watch what she does on TV - so what could she write about that we don't already know? It did mention somewhere that she talks abit about her co castmates from 90210 and how they had a 'i hate Tori' club or something so that intrigues me. I really liked my sisters keeper too. Infact I told Kris he should read it since each chapter is based on the different characters and not just a teenage girl. I like the whole arsonist twist too. The book ending was way better!

Handle With Care is the same way. Each chapter is from a different character. The book ending shocked me! I was like "holy shit, did that just happen?" I love that!!

I am going back to the bookstore this weekend so I will see if I can find that book. I just bought Kiki 'The Outsiders' to read, I always get her a few books in the summer to read and I give her home work, aren't I mean? Last year it was the Twillight series and she wasn't crazy about it. Hopefully she likes The Outsiders, also want her to read 'Diary of Anne Frank'. What do you think? Is she too young? Any suggestions, what books did you like at that age?

I just stole "The Diary Of Anne Frank" was J's dad. I haven't read that since grade 8 I think. I don't remember it all so I can't say if it's good for Kiki to read right now. That's a tough one.
She's what...11 now? Oh gosh what was I reading then? I can't honestly remember. I know Charlottes Web was huge for me but I think I was younger than 11. Got any old Sweet Valley High or Babysitter Club kicking around? LOL!!! I loved those. Also Fear Street by R.L. Stine. That's the kind of books I was reading! Ahhh the memories!!
