The Killing Of Anna Nicole It's written by the judge that did the case. I'll let you know how it is. Isn't there another court case just about to start? I thought I saw a snippet on the news yesterday.... there may be. I haven't been following it much lately. But now that I've read the book I might take a look at FAD and see what's happening there.

I tried looking for it online but couldn't find it. But I did get a certain uncle interested in it who is much better and hunting down online things so maybe he'll find it for me.
What's so great about the book? Is it scary? A damn good read? I know its based on true facts and that's always awesome. The Haunting in connecticut movie is based on it right?

What's so great about the book? Is it scary? A damn good read? I know its based on true facts and that's always awesome. The Haunting in connecticut movie is based on it right? I think I have been anticipating this book for so long that I am going to love it whether it is a absolutely true story or not. The family claims it is real (saw the mom in an interview a few years back) but the author is happy the book is out of print and claims that it is all bullshit. It has that Amityville feel. It is about a family in turmoil, the son has cancer and they need to move closer to the hospital that is treating him so they find a nice place that is underpriced and move in only to discover it was used as a funeral home, some of the instruments and such are even still in the basement. The sick son feels the negativity first but the parents don't beelieve but slowly they feel it too.....It is just spooky. Maybe I am into the demon thing more than you but I think that is what is interesting to me. I hope you find it. I found it through the library loan system. Also got that Anna Nicole book.....but I have about 5 books I want to read sitting beside my bed.

I'm gonna try and find it. Maybe I should do the library thing and cross my fingers.
I have a ton of books to read too. Off the top of my head I have:
Karla: A Pact With The Devil (I'm sure you have read it since that case is close to you, I hope it's good!!)
I'm not sure of the title because my mom has it right now but the Farrah Fawcett book that her friend wrote.
Under The Dome-Stephen King
Marley and Me. I just watched the movie and have the book so I might read it.
Shutter Island
I think I have a few more but that's the list I can remember. ;D

That Karla:Pact with the devil book kinda sucks, but I would be interested in what you think if you get to read it. I finished the book 'In a dark Place'. The ending seemed to happen a bit fast but it was a good book. It made me hear noises in the night..... A book I have been reading along with the dark place book is Sarah Silverman's 'bedwetter' book. You know when I would get freaked out by the first book I would be literally laughing out loud with Sarah's book. She is so crude and I love her sense of humour. You may want to add this one to your list.

I hate books and/or movies that make me hear noises at night. Not often does a book do that to me though so I'm wanting to read this one even more.
I'll put the Sarah Silverman one on my list for sure. That was actually one I always say I am going to read and forget about.
I read "My Journey With Farrah" by Alana Stewart while we were camping. I've never been a huge Farrah fan but it was a heartbreakingly good book. The shit she went through is horrible.

I am reading that Anna Nicole book written by the judge, I know that you have already read it. I had a hard time getting past the first few chapters as the judges personal stories bored me to tears. I skipped a page here or there, now finally getting to the good stuff.

I skipped quite a bit of the Anna Nicole book too. I got really sick of the "This takes me back to a time when......" crap the Judge always says. Who cares about you!

I have about 80 or so pages to go but I am starting to like Larry Birkhead. I always knew Howard was a sneaky snake...but man....he is low. Guess I never paid that much attention to the whole affair when it was going on. Now I am youtubing videos of Anna - lmao. Did they ever lay charges against Howard? Guess I have some googling later!

I ended up liking Lassy too!
I think they did end up charging him. I said I was going to look into it too when I read the book but never got around to it. Let me know what you find. And that reminds me I was going to look for the clown video.....I'll find it and post it....I think we have an Anna Nicole thread around here somewhere.
And YAY, we are both here at the same time....FINALLY. Wish we had chat!
