Something Wicked This Way Comes ~ Ray Bradbury
I haven't gotten that far yet but I think this book is going to creep me out. I've always thought that carnivals and circus's are kinda creepy and evil somehow.

Into the wild by Jon Krakauer. I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THIS MOVIE when it opens the first weekend of October. It is directed by Sean Penn and stars my all tiem favourite guy EVER Emile Hirsch. Here's his IMDB link: www.imdb.com/name/nm0386472/

I saw a preview for that movie the other day. It looked pretty good. How's the book? Emile Hirsch huh? Does Kiki have posters of him on her wall? I'm gonna exalt you so you don't get mad at me for the above comment. ;D

I was gonna start Song Of Susannah but decided to read Nightmares & Dreamscapes by Stephen King instead. LOL - I just started reading 'Cell' by Stephen King - get outta my head! Hubby just finished Song of Susannah and didn't like it. It just isn't appealing to me either. Hey Ang, did you finish "Cell" How did you like it? I bought it last night, it was on the clearance table at Chapters for $10 hardcover. Even if it's crap, it adds to my collection.

Something Wicked This Way Comes ~ Ray Bradbury I haven't gotten that far yet but I think this book is going to creep me out. I've always thought that carnivals and circus's are kinda creepy and evil somehow. I finished it last night and then had a dream about the Illustrated Man. He killed my dog, that bastard!! That's what I get for reading in bed! I found my copy of Everything's Eventual, partly because I haven't read it, Carnie said it was good and I just saw 1408. We'll see how that goes.

I agree with Carnie, the book is a good one.
I started Cell but couldn't get into it. Partly because I was crazy busy and it was slow starting. I'll try it again though.

I've been trying for a year to read Lisey's Story. I'm 3/4 done but damn that book is slow to me. I like it, but it's slow.

Turn of the Screw for me. Sexually repressed Victorians AND a heinous ghost story. What could be better than that?
