Everything is normal here today. I thought maybe they may cancel school since they did once or twice last year when it got to around -40 but school is in today. They were saying that the kids play outdoors in this weather at recess unless its colder than - 25. The high for today is -17.
Winnipeg never closes their schools, not since the flood in 1997. Timmins, Ontario was even worse it got down to -60 and people just kept going as if it were another day. Crazy Canadians I tell ya.

So finally we are back to around the normal temperatures for around here. It is supposed to warm up to -2 today. Monday and Tuesday were really cold here and then Saturday the temperature will drop to -20. The problem now is that the Camry is having heater issues. The car never warms up properly. It needs a new coil or something but the car is 15 years old now and (it is a beauty though and looks alot younger) and has 250, 000 km on it. I really don't want to spend any money on it. That damn Jeep has just cost us $1700.00 in the past month for fricking door lock issues and Monday the headlights and fog lights stopped working. Today the door locks started acting up again. I am about to torch both vehicles and go back to horse and cart.  |

I swear you have the worst luck with vehicles!! I tried to win the $33 million last night. If I had won I would of bought you a car and a back up car. And probably a summer house in BC. lol!! ;D It's getting colder here. It was -7 this morning and they are calling for snow this weekend. |

It's snowing.  I shoveled the driveway earlier and I shouldn't have. I feel like crap. Should of just stayed inside with my cold and sinus meds and hibernated. Ah well, that'll teach me. ;D |

No, I am not a spy but my husband is. He just returned from Vancouver early this morning and is going back there tonight. We are getting a shitload of snow today. Some areas around us are calling for 25 cm of snow. Kris is out there right now clearing the driveway. Hopefully it stops soon. |

No, I am not a spy but my husband is. He just returned from Vancouver early this morning and is going back there tonight. We are getting a shitload of snow today. Some areas around us are calling for 25 cm of snow. Kris is out there right now clearing the driveway. Hopefully it stops soon. Dude that man comes to Vancouver enough. Catch a ride with him will ya. Or maybe I will sneak into the plane and come home with him. I can be your new roomie. Doesn't that sound exciting!!! bwhahahahahahahahaa ;D |
