Did i hear correctly, that B.C. had an earthquake??? OMG YES!!!! I didn't feel it though. From what I heard it was more in Washington or something but people felt it here. It was only a 4. something and happened around 5:30am this morning. I didn't feel a thing which is good because I am terrified of earthquakes. I am so afraid my house will fall down. ;D I remember long time ago we had an earthquake and it was just big enough to give the house a good shake. I worked late the night before and was sleeping when it happened and my bed was moving and I thought my dad was at the end of bed shaking it to try and wake me up. When he wasn't there, I thought maybe a demon (LOL!! ;D) I was freaked out the rest of the day waiting for the earth to open me up and swallow me whole. I hate earthquakes.

I am glad that it wasn't anything major. They say that animals have a sixth sense about those things. We don't get many earthquakes around here. In Winnipeg we saw a few Tornados. On another note I hear that there was a pretty big storm in Texas and quite a few people lost their power. Hope you are okay Swampie!

There was another earthquake in Langley this time. LANGLEY!!! I am right on the road that is the border for Aldergrove/Langley!!! It was only a 2.1 or something and no one really felt it but still. I don't want my house to fall down on me. Oh and our weather is confused. Yesterday it snowed, hailed, rained and then was beautiful sunshine. Back to hail and then some more snow and then the beautiful warm sunshine.

All these eathquakes will have you in your basement hanging out with you know who.....

It is April 6 and we are having a snow day today. They are calling for 15 - 30 cm of snow. I can't believe it. All I can say is Laziness pays off cause I didn't take my snow tires off yet! I just hope that my beautiful flowers that were blooming over the weekend in my garden don't die!!!

It's not normal to get this much snow in April. We usually get a sprinkling but we got snow yesterday, today and they are calling for a cm or two tomorrow as well. On Friday I raked my lawn and picked up all the twigs and cleaned the gardens and flowers were coming up and blooming. I ALMOST packed up all the winter clothes like boots and snowpants. Good thing I procrastinated. I do admire your climate much more than ours. Only I can't afford to buy a house there - lol.. ;D
