Are you going to be getting the vaccine again this year? I'll see what happens later in the Fall but I was never so sick as I was this year. I was pretty much sick from October to March nonstop. That happened the last two times I got the flu shot. What about you? |

Ya you were pretty sick last year.
I think we will get it again. Em and I have been barely sick and if we were it was just a minor thing. I don't think the hubby will get it again though...he's against that kind of stuff. But I'm going to push him. He caved last year but I think that was because he was sick earlier and wanted to do everything he could to keep healthy.
My theory is that it didn't hurt us in any way last year so why not?

we all know how I never bruise. I can drop a feakin' huge can of soup on my toe or get punched in the arm a million times and not have one bruise......I have a bruise from the flu shot. Rwwwwaaarrr! ;D

It hurts when I touch it....like a bruise....but no aches this time or anything. Last year I think it was really bad.

Did you get the flu shot this year? NOPE. Last year I got it at the end of October. I was sick from that point on until March. This year no flu shot and I haven't been sick since the Spring. The kids have constantly been sick from throwing up to colds, two of them were hospitalized for dehydration (not in my care though they were at home on the weekend). I have been coughed on, sneezed on, vomitted on and yet no sickness. I am sure I will catch something now that I am exhausted and stressed and sleep deprived...... Did you get one? The H1N1 or just the regular one? |

I got them both. The H1N1 is combined with the flu shot. We've had no problems so far!

Could kinda see that coming though with all the stress you've been under. Take lots of that stuff you take when you're sick.....vitamins I think they are called, and do that thing that people do to unwind....rest?  Feel better lady! |
